We want you to love everything you purchase from Modesty Obsession. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers and to make sure you are satisfied with our products and services. 

OUR RETURN POLICY

PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE MAKING A RETURN!

We accept all unused, unworn merchandise for a full refund within 10days of purchase

Items must be received in their original, resellable condition with the original tags attached. If any returned items are received worn, stained, altered or damaged you will not be eligible for a refund and the items will be returned to you at your expense.

Swim wear or scarves are non-returnable, due to hygienic reasons.

All items marked ‘Sale''Final sale', including scarves, accessories are non-refundable and will not be accepted for a return, refund or store credit.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer. 

We cannot accept items for a refund outside of the 10 day return period. 

 

How are my refunds credited?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Modesty Obsession e-Gift Card, depending on which method you choose.

  • Refunds: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. 
  • Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

 

OUR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We guarantee our merchandise to be in perfect condition and free of any manufacturing defects and will accept any defective or damaged item for a full refund. In the rare occasion an item you received is defective kindly send us an email with photos of the defective item prior to sending it back to us for a full refund.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR  ITEM

Please send an email to,  info@modestyobsession.com, notifying us that you would like to return your item/items, so we can then process your return/refund. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail EMAIL US!

 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then you may contact us at info@modestyobsession.com, if you still have not received your refund.  

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Unfortunately, sale items can not be refunded.  Please know if you purchase a sale item, and would like to make an exchange, there is a possibility another size may not be in stock or may not be available again.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email at info@modestyobsession.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of your shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  

 

*Please note: Modesty Obsession is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.

Modesty Obsession is also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when returning or exchanging an item.  If you are experiencing any issues with your package, contact your shipping provider.
